Moï Ver

Lithuania (1904—1995)
Born in Vilnius as Moses Vorobeichic, Moï Ver studied painting. He enrolled at the Bauhaus attending courses by Klee, Kandinsky and Albers. He left Germany and travelled to France, where he settled to study photography at the École Photo One, taking iconic shots of Paris. At the age of 30 he joined Zionism and moved to Palestine, where he spent the rest of his life.
