The Museum of Avant-garde collection comprises some of the world famous artists from the avant-garde movements. A new contemporary collection consists of a compelling representation of contemporary creative talents in graphic design, photography, illustration, whether individuals, creative agencies or organisations, to divulge a cross-section of the most unconventional and inventive present day art pieces.
In 2021 The Museum of Avant-garde is launching a programme to allow artists to enter its contemporary collection, through a two stage selection process. The successful entries will become part of the permanent collection and will be automatically shortlisted for the MA-g Awards. The entries for graphic design, photography or illustration will be judged by three extraordinary judges respectively, who will name a winner per each sub-category.
This edition will gather works published in the past two years from individuals, professionals, agencies, organisations and publishers, who have demonstrated the compelling value and significance of graphic design, photography and illustration. To find out more about the selection process, the full list of categories and requirements, please view or download the entry pack here below.
Entries are open between 15th March and 30th June 2021 for participants to submit their work online following the link below. Please make sure you sign up to receive updates on the contemporary collection selection and this year’s Judges MA-g Awards.
